SHIPPING POLICY

1. A Promise Before Your Order Moves

At RAGA NORTH, nothing leaves without intention. Every piece is created exclusively for you — produced only after your order is confirmed. What you receive is not pulled from a shelf. It is made for you, from the moment you place your order.

Because of this, your order moves in two stages — production, then delivery. Both timelines apply. Please read this policy in full.


2. Where We Deliver

We deliver across India — to over 29,000 pin codes, spanning every metro, Tier 2, and Tier 3 city.

International delivery is not available at this time. Orders placed with an address outside India will not be processed and will be cancelled with a full refund.


3. Your Order Is Being Made

The moment your payment is confirmed, your garment enters production. Here is what happens before it reaches you:

  • Design printing, quality inspection, and secure packing: 2 to 5 business days
  • Every piece is individually checked before it is approved for dispatch
  • In rare cases involving production or quality concerns, dispatch may extend up to 5 business days

No order leaves our facility without passing quality. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays observed nationally in India.


4. Your Order Is On Its Way

Once dispatched from our facility, your order reaches you within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your pin code.

Total journey from order placement to your door: 4 to 10 business days.

These are carefully estimated windows, not fixed guarantees. Occasional delays may arise from weather, logistics disruptions, public holidays, or factors outside our operational control. We appreciate your patience when they do.


5. Shipping Is Always Free

Every order ships free. No conditions. No minimum. No exceptions.

The price you see is the price you pay.


6. Track Your Order, Anytime

The moment your order is dispatched, a tracking number and carrier details will be delivered to your registered email and mobile number.

Use that tracking number on the carrier's platform for live, real-time updates on exactly where your order is.

If tracking details have not reached you within 6 business days of your order date, write to us immediately at support@raganorth.com — we will locate your order.


7. If Delivery Could Not Be Completed

Our logistics partners make every effort to deliver to the address you provided. If delivery cannot be completed after all standard attempts, your package will be returned to origin.

RAGA NORTH cannot be held responsible for failed delivery in the following situations:

  • An incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery address was entered at checkout
  • The recipient was unavailable across all delivery attempts
  • The delivery was refused by the recipient

Orders returned to origin for any of the above reasons will not qualify for free re-dispatch. Re-shipping charges will apply and must be borne by the customer.


8. Your Address Cannot Be Changed After Checkout

Our fulfilment process is fully automated. The moment your payment is confirmed, your order details are instantly pushed to our production facility. There is no manual window to intercept or modify them.

Please review your full name, delivery address, and contact number with absolute care before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, the order will ship exactly as entered. Should it return undelivered, it will fall under our Failed Delivery policy above, and re-shipping charges will apply.


9. If Your Order Is Delayed or Lost

If your tracking has shown no movement for more than 5 consecutive business days after dispatch, or your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated window — do not wait.

Write to us at support@raganorth.com with your order number. We will open an investigation immediately and respond within 7 business days.

Should your shipment be confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will make it right — your choice of:

  • A complete re-order fulfilled at no cost to you, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

10. If Your Order Arrived Damaged

Your order is packed with care. If it still arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, here is what to do:

  • If damage is visible at the time of delivery — do not accept the package
  • If damage is discovered upon opening — immediately record clear photographs and an unboxing video
  • Email the evidence to support@raganorth.com within 48 hours of delivery

Damage claims submitted beyond 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted under any circumstances.


11. Cash on Delivery

COD is available on eligible orders and select pin codes, confirmed at the time of checkout.

RAGA NORTH reserves the right to withdraw COD availability at its discretion. Customers with a consistent pattern of refusing COD deliveries may have this option restricted on future orders.


12. Events Beyond Our Control

RAGA NORTH shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond reasonable operational control — including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, nationwide disruptions, pandemics, or acts of God.

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent authority under applicable Indian law.
