1. Your Agreement With Us

Welcome to RAGA NORTH.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RAGA NORTH under the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. Who We Are

RAGA NORTH is an Indian direct-to-consumer clothing brand operating exclusively online. RAGA NORTH is the registered brand name operating under the legal entity Balaji Nagnath Narwade, having its registered office at Infront of Jawahar Navoday Vidhyalay, Naldurg Road, Tuljapur-413601, Maharashtra, India. Every product sold under the RAGA NORTH name is made to order — designed, produced, and dispatched individually upon each confirmed purchase.

We do not hold pre-manufactured inventory. Every piece is created exclusively for the person who orders it.

3. Eligibility

To place an order or create an account on RAGA NORTH, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or be placing the order under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and checkout

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above conditions. RAGA NORTH reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be established.

4. Your Account

When you create an account on RAGA NORTH, you take full responsibility for everything that occurs under that account.

Your responsibilities as an account holder:

  • Keep your login credentials strictly confidential
  • Do not share your account with any other person
  • Ensure all information in your account — name, email, address, contact number — is accurate and kept up to date
  • Notify us immediately at support@raganorth.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account

RAGA NORTH shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorised activity arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, is used for fraudulent activity, or is found to provide false information.

5. Our Products & The Made-to-Order Process

Every product on RAGA NORTH is made to order. This is central to how we operate and must be understood before placing a purchase.

What this means for you:

  • No two production cycles are identical — minor natural variations in colour, texture, or print placement may occur and do not constitute a defect
  • Product images on the website are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process
  • Because your garment is made exclusively for you upon order, cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the made-to-order nature of our products.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices on RAGA NORTH are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged
  • RAGA NORTH does not engage in price matching under any circumstances
  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of checkout for prepaid orders
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, full payment must be made at the time of delivery
  • We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. RAGA NORTH does not store your payment card details

Any fraudulent, disputed, or declined transaction may result in automatic cancellation of the associated order.

7. Discounts, Promo Codes & Offers

From time to time, RAGA NORTH may offer discount codes, promotional pricing, or limited-time offers.

Terms governing all offers:

  • Each promo code is valid for a single use per customer unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion
  • Promo codes are non-transferable and hold no monetary value
  • RAGA NORTH reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any offer at any time without prior notice
  • Misuse, duplication, or fraudulent use of promo codes will result in immediate order cancellation and potential account suspension
  • Any order that uses a promo code found to be obtained through unauthorised means will be cancelled without refund

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website — including but not limited to the RAGA NORTH name, brand identity, logo, monogram, taglines, product designs, graphic artwork, photography, written content, and the overall visual language of the brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of RAGA NORTH and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999 of India.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Reproducing, copying, downloading, screenshotting, or saving any product image, design, or brand asset from this website for any purpose other than personal reference
  • Sharing, reposting, or publicly distributing any product image, brand visual, or design — on any platform, in any format — without explicit prior written permission from RAGA NORTH
  • Using the RAGA NORTH name, logo, or any of our designs for commercial purposes, resale, or misrepresentation
  • Creating derivative works based on any RAGA NORTH design, artwork, or brand element

Violation of our intellectual property rights will be pursued under applicable Indian law. RAGA NORTH reserves the right to take all necessary legal action, including seeking injunctions and damages, against any infringement.

9. Prohibited Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Placing fraudulent, false, or malicious orders
  • Impersonating any person, brand, or entity
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its underlying systems
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from this website
  • Uploading or transmitting any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel on this website
  • Engaging in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or damages the functionality or security of this website
  • Using this website for any purpose that violates any applicable Indian law or regulation

RAGA NORTH reserves the right to take immediate action — including order cancellation, account termination, and legal recourse — against any user found engaging in prohibited conduct.

10. Order Cancellation

Given the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellation windows are strictly limited.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement by writing to support@raganorth.com with your order number.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

If a cancellation request is accepted within the valid window, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, subject to your bank's processing timelines.

RAGA NORTH reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion — including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing error, or fulfilment issues. In all such cases, a full refund will be issued.

11. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping timelines, delivery zones, failed delivery policies, and related terms are governed by our dedicated Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • RAGA NORTH's total liability to any customer, for any claim arising from a purchase, shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific order in question
  • RAGA NORTH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or any product purchased from it
  • RAGA NORTH does not warrant that this website will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of technical interruptions

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

By using this website and placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of India.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, a purchase, or the use of this website, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication by writing to support@raganorth.com.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent authority under applicable Indian law.
