Welcome to RAGA NORTH. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RAGA NORTH under the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

2. WHO WE ARE

RAGA NORTH is a premium, direct-to-consumer streetwear label operating exclusively online, offering made-to-order oversized T-shirts and related apparel. RAGA NORTH is the registered brand name operating under the legal entity Balaji Nagnath Narwade, with its registered office at In front of Jawahar Navoday Vidhyalay, Naldurg Road, Tuljapur - 413601, Maharashtra, India.

Every product is made to order — designed, produced, and dispatched individually upon confirmed purchase. We do not hold pre-manufactured inventory; each piece is created exclusively for the person who orders it.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To place an order or create an account, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or place the order under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian
Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and checkout

By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet these conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be established.

4. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for all activity under your account. As an account holder, you agree to:

Not share your account with any other person
Keep your account information — name, email, address, contact number — accurate and current
Notify us immediately at support@raganorth.com of any suspected unauthorised access

RAGA NORTH is not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or provides false information.

5. OUR PRODUCTS AND THE MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESS

Every RAGA NORTH product is made to order. This is fundamental to our operating model:

Minor natural variation in colour, texture, or print placement between production cycles may occur and does not constitute a defect
Product images are representative; actual colours may vary slightly with screen settings and the printing process
Because your garment is produced exclusively for you, cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced (see Section 10)

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the made-to-order nature of our products.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change without prior notice; the price at order confirmation is the price charged
RAGA NORTH does not price-match under any circumstances
Full payment is required at checkout for prepaid orders; for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, full payment is due at the time of delivery
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout and do not store your payment card details

Any fraudulent, disputed, or declined transaction may result in automatic order cancellation.

7. DISCOUNTS, PROMO CODES AND OFFERS

From time to time, we may offer discount codes or limited-time promotions, subject to the following:

Each promo code is valid for single use per customer unless stated otherwise
Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer or discount
Promo codes are non-transferable and hold no monetary value
We may withdraw, modify, or expire any offer at any time without notice
Misuse or fraudulent use of a promo code will result in order cancellation and possible account suspension, without refund

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All shipping timelines, delivery zones, and related terms are governed by our dedicated Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review it in full before ordering.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All return, refund, and exchange eligibility is governed by our dedicated Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Please review it in full before ordering.

10. ORDER CANCELLATION

Given the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellation windows are strictly limited.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement, by writing to support@raganorth.com with your order number
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
Accepted cancellations are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

RAGA NORTH also reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion — including for payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or fulfilment issues — with a full refund issued in all such cases.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything on this website — including the RAGA NORTH name, brand identity, logo, monogram, taglines, product designs, artwork, photography, written content, and overall visual language — is the exclusive intellectual property of RAGA NORTH, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

Strictly prohibited without our prior written permission:

Reproducing, downloading, screenshotting, or saving any product image, design, or brand asset for any purpose beyond personal reference
Sharing, reposting, or publicly distributing any product image, brand visual, or design on any platform
Using the RAGA NORTH name, logo, or designs for commercial purposes, resale, or misrepresentation
Creating derivative works from any RAGA NORTH design, artwork, or brand element

Violations will be pursued under applicable Indian law, and RAGA NORTH reserves the right to seek injunctions and damages against any infringement. See our Legal Notice for further detail.

12. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

By using this website, you agree not to:

Place fraudulent, false, or malicious orders
Impersonate any person, brand, or entity
Attempt unauthorised access to any part of this website or its systems
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract data from this website
Transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel
Disrupt, overload, or damage the functionality or security of this website
Use this website for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law

We reserve the right to take immediate action — including order cancellation, account termination, and legal recourse — against violations.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

RAGA NORTH's total liability to any customer for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question
RAGA NORTH is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or any product purchased from it
RAGA NORTH does not warrant that this website will be available at all times, error-free, or free of technical interruption

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. PRIVACY AND DATA

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using this website and placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

RAGA NORTH shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, nationwide disruptions, pandemics, or acts of God.

16. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

RAGA NORTH may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on this website at the time of your order or visit governs that transaction. Continued use of this website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication by writing to support@raganorth.com. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts of competent authority at Tuljapur / Dharashiv (Osmanabad), Maharashtra.
